Hi, I'm Amy, the person behind The Admin Service. Having worked in a variety of industries before running my own cake business, I know how overwhelming it can be trying to juggle customers, finances, emails, paperwork and everything else that comes with being a business owner.
Organisation has always come naturally to me. I love creating systems, decluttering workspaces and bringing structure to busy environments. There's something incredibly satisfying about turning chaos into calm.
Through The Admin Service, I help small business owners get back on top of their admin, create organised systems that work for them, and reclaim valuable time to focus on growing their business.

I've always been someone who likes things to be organised. Whether it's a workspace, a filing system, a to-do list or even a kitchen cupboard, I naturally enjoy creating order and finding ways to make things work more efficiently.
Throughout my career I've worked in a variety of sectors, gaining experience in administration, organisation, customer service and business operations. More recently, I built and run my own cake business, which has given me a real understanding of the challenges that come with being a small business owner.
Like many business owners, I've experienced the reality of juggling customer enquiries, finances, invoices, emails, paperwork, social media and everything else that happens behind the scenes. I know how quickly the admin can pile up and how easy it is to spend evenings and weekends trying to catch up.
Over time, I've developed systems and processes that help me stay organised, reduce stress and keep my business running smoothly. What started as a personal strength has become something I genuinely love helping others with.
The Admin Service was created to help other small business owners regain control of their admin, create organised systems that work for them and free up more time to focus on the parts of their business they enjoy most.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me baking, organising something that probably didn't need organising, or enjoying the satisfaction of a freshly labelled storage box.
